| Upon approval and customer acceptance of a loan, a payment plan is arranged by the customer and GreenSight Funds. If the customer struggles to make their scheduled payment, they are encouraged to cover whenever you can on the pay date.
GreenSight Funds does permit Renewals or ‘Rollovers’ however , we don't encourage this practice.
Our goal is to help bridge the gap before next payday without expensive bank fees. If you feel you need to renew that loan, our renewal process is easy and hassle-free. GreenSight Funds doesn't automatically renew loans. The consumer must request renewal written down or a telephone request.
Please be advised, all payment change requests should be submitted no later than noon one working day prior to the original deadline. Renewal fees range between $20 to $30 per $100 loaned. The renewal process allows us to move the due date of the loan to the next established pay date. We also provide a reduce plan which encourages our customer to cover down 10% or maybe more of principle loan amount on the due date.
Customers can request a brand new loan by submitting a fresh application on our web site after the previous loan is paid entirely. But we require 3 day waiting period before a fresh loan is offered.

Prior to a loan being funded, customers will be contacted with a GreenSight Funds representative to talk about repayment dates and a payment schedule.
Payment reminders are sent via email a few days prior to the payment is due to notify the client and to ensure the customer has available funds. If the customer finds that they're struggling to make the payment, extension fees can be obtained at $5. 00 each day up to and including maximum of six (6) days. Standard fees will be doubled if the payment is extended beyond the sixth (6th) day for clients on a bi-weekly or bi-monthly pay frequency. Standard fees will soon be halved for payments extended for seven (7) days and doubled past seven (7) days.
*Please note: Failure to notify GreenSight Funds about lack of available funds at the least 24 hours in front of you payment due date, can lead to a non-payment (default) and can incur a $25. 00 Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee charged back.
